All routine childhood vaccines are available. 

If you are not sure which vaccines your child needs, our nurses are more than happy to discuss vaccine schedules with you. If you would like a digital vaccine record please visit this website to set up your MyIR account with the State's Department of Health.

School Immunization Requirements for 2022-23

The Immunization Requirements for children attending school in the 2022-23 school year have been updated to include new requirements for preschool and transitional kindergarten students. Children who are four years old on 09/01/2022 must have a dose of DTaP and IPV on or after their 4^th birthday and dose 2 of MMR and varicella before starting school.
