Request Records

Submit a public records request using the County's Record Center (link to page).  Community Development records include paperwork associated with construction and land use projects, such as certificates of occupancy, inspection forms and/or permit cards showing final approval, applications and other supporting documentation.  

Not all projects were documented consistently, but a thorough search of all Department of Community Development (DCD) collections is conducted whenever records are requested.

Some parts of DCD collections have been digitized and can be found using a Polaris parcel search (link to instructions here).
