The Assessor’s Office offers paperless electronic change of value notices. Going paperless can save time and help the environment. In addition, it also reduces postage costs for the Assessor’s Office. Signing up is quick, easy, and free to go paperless on your next notice.
How to Get Started:
On your valuation change notice there will be an authorization code on the upper right side. It will look like the example below:
Next, navigate to the eNoticesOnline website located here:
On the top right side of the eNoticesOnline website click on the link to “Register”
Then fill in the account registration with the required information including the authorization code you received on your Change of Value Notice.
If you have already registered to receive e-notices and a new valuation notice is prepared by our office you will receive an email to the email address that is listed when you initially registered.
