You can sign up for an upcoming immunization clinic online or call our office for assistance at 360-378-4474. We offer regular vaccination clinics on Lopez, Orcas, and San Juan Islands for ALL children through the age of 18 years and UNINSURED adults. Clinics are ferry-service dependent.
An office fee of $10 (per patient, per visit) and administration fee of $10 (per vaccine) will be charged for all non-COVID vaccines - the total amount due at time of service will be based on the SJC HCS sliding fee scale (Spanish version). No one will be denied services because of inability to pay.
