[ARCHIVED] Fire Danger in San Juan County Upgraded to High

Recreation

Increased heat and lack of precipitation have upgraded the county-wide fire danger to high.  Recreational campfires two feet by two feet or less are still permitted. Please refrain from burning anything but clean, dry, split, firewood. If possible keep a charged hose near-by and douse all fires at the end of the evening with water.

Stay safe and check this website often as burning status may be upgraded again at any time.

Have a safe summer.
