The preliminary draft of the Housing Needs Assessment is available for public review and comment. This is the first step in amending Element 5 Housing and Appendix 5 Housing Needs Assessment of the Comprehensive Plan. A preliminary review of the draft is needed to identify suggestions for revisions or additions, corrections, and overall thoughts about the presentation. Once the preliminary comments have been incorporated, the County Council and Planning Commission will be briefed in September and additional comments will be taken The preliminary comment deadline is August 25th close of day.
