The Community Dental Clinics serve people on Medicaid or who do not have dental insurance and cannot afford dental care. Please complete an online application if you would like to be contacted when we have an upcoming dental clinic. If you submit an application but do not receive a call, your application will be considered for the next available clinic.

Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD)

The Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) program puts young children across Washington state on a lifelong path to good oral health. ABCD connects low-income families with dentists who know how to care for young children, focusing on prevention and avoiding tooth decay, as well as educating parents about how to take good care of their children’s teeth.

Who is eligible? 

Children from birth up to age six (6) who are insured by Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) are eligible to participate in ABCD.

School Based Sealant Program

CHC of Snohomish County & DentAll dental teams are coming back to our schools to offer hygiene services and provide sealants (a thin coating on the back molars that prevents 80% of cavities) for children and families wanting to be seen. Upcoming school dental clinic dates for 2026 will be announced on this page later.
