Please make sure to review your reservation before processing your payment. Things to double-check:

  • Your check-in date
  • Your check-out date
  • Your campsite number/location

All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy listed below. Thank you for your understanding.

Online reservations for individual campsites (single or multi-night stays, all depending on campsite availability) can be made a minimum of 3 days in advance of arrival. The maximum stay at individual campsites and group campsites at San Juan, Odlin, and Shaw County Parks is 14 days within a 30-day period and 10 days within a 30-day period at the San Juan County Fairgrounds.

Cancellations
Change/Cancellation Policy:  Partial cancellations (changes) on reservations are not permitted. To make any changes, you must cancel your existing reservation and submit a new reservation request to change arrival dates, campsites, or duration of stay. Cancellations 30 days or greater in advance of your arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total camping fees. Cancellations made within 29 days, but prior to 3 days, in advance of your arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total camping fees.

Within the three dates prior to your arrival date, all fees become non-refundable. To cancel before the non-refundable phase and your arrival date is a Friday, for example, you must cancel on Monday or earlier. Your $10 reservation fee is non-refundable—no refunds are issued at the park.

No reservation changes or partial cancellations are allowed; you will need to cancel your reservation (subject to our cancellation policy*) and create a new reservation for an available campsite (to change the arrival date, campsite, or duration of stay). As summer reservations are difficult to get, you may want to reserve your new reservation first, then cancel your existing reservation. If a new site is not available, you may find it advantageous to hold onto your original reservation and simply check out early; no refund will be given. Consider your options carefully!

Natural phenomena, such as wildfire smoke, earthquakes, and severe weather, may occur in our campgrounds. If the campground is still able to provide full services (infrastructure is intact and staff are available to work), we will not issue refunds for such natural disasters, unless the reservation is canceled per our policy.

Cancellation Instructions:  Email our administrative staff at parks@sanjuancountywa.gov to document your request. Please include all details:  dates of stay, park location, campsite #, Transaction #, and Contract FA # from your receipt (or scan a copy of your receipt), name and email associated with the reservation, and your phone number(s). We will note the date of your request, process the cancellation, and respond as soon as possible.

Fee Schedules

Current and upcoming fee schedules can be found HERE! Note the applicable dates of each schedule. Fees are also included in the online camping reservation system. Taxes are not included in fees and will be added to your reservation invoice during the payment process, along with the $10 reservation fee. Fees are subject to change at any time.
