Civil Protection Orders

To begin a Civil Protection Order case with District Court, complete the following Civil Protection Order Petition and Law Enforcement and Confidential Information Form and file with the court. You may submit the petition in person at the front counter, via email to districtcourt@sanjuanco.com or via fax to 360-378-4099.

On the first page of the petition, you must choose what type of protection you want depending on the type of harm and how the parties know each other.  A $73.00 filing fee is required for Anti-Harassment Protection Orders. To request a waiver of the filing fee based on ability to pay, complete the Motion to Waive Civil Fees and Financial Statement and submit both with the completed Petition.
