County Clerk

The Clerk’s Office holds regular hours of operation and remains open to the public: 

Monday – Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm 

Closed for lunch from 12:00 –1:00 pm. 

Electronically submitted filings received after 4:30 pm will be processed and filed the next court day.

ACCEPTING PASSPORT APPLICATIONS BY APPOINTMENT

Fee Schedule for U.S. Passports

GR 17 Facsimile Transmission

  • Documents over 10 pages in length may not be filed by fax without prior approval of the County Clerk.
  • Documents transmitted to the clerk by fax shall be letter size (8.5 x 11 inches).
